It's the weekend :)

Today is Friday, and since we don;t have school on Friday's it's officially the weekend here :) Not too much has happened lately, just been busy commenting on drafts and playing music. I've recently become obsessed with Tabasco. I mean, I've always liked it but as I was walking through the Rema 1000 (grocery store here in Norway) I saw some small bottles. My mouth began to water and I had to make the purchase. I've been trying it on different things and so far it tastes good on anything that I put it on. Spaghetti...check, Grilled Cheese...check, Egg-in-a-hole...check. It also goes well on pizza, although when I did this it immediately reminded me of Rhombus Guys and the Girlfriend Diovolo...the best pizza ever made on the face of the earth. It needs no additions to make it better, but I do love throwing some tabasco on it. GAH! now I'm hungary.

Norway is an amazing place and one can get caught up in the wonder and awe of it, and that's exactly what happened to me. When I was in Oslo I went to a Jazz Cafe. It was amazing. They had vinyl, CD's, and on the top floor there was a cafe/bar. After spending some time there I got the feeling that it would just be wrong if I left without buying something so I found a CD by Houston Person, previewed it, and loved it. I went up to the counter and bought it and walked out in a great mood. It was only after the wonder and awe wore off that I realized how expensive the CD actually was haha I remembered someone saying that CD's in Norway are pretty spendy, that's why a lot of people buy from iTunes. After thinking about how much I paid in kroner and converting it into US dollars, I discovered that I spent $34 on a 9 track CD hahaha I really do enjoy the CD, but I won't be making any more musical purchases while I'm in Norway lol

Other than that I've just been taking it easy. I finished a black and white roll of film and am almost done with a color so we'll see how those turn out. I miss you guys!
